Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms” and/or “T&C”) are between Ecoopex Consultancy LLP, an Indian Limited Liability Partnership (“Ecoopex.com”, “the Company”, “us” or “we”) and the person or entity (“you” or “Customer”) using Ecoopex.com’s websites, reports, and services (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with the Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms are subject to change at any time; we therefore encourage you to periodically review the Terms to ensure that you are aware of any changes. We will notify all users of changes in the Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use the Platform after the Terms are updated, you agree to be bound by the most current version of the Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform and assume the obligations set forth in these Terms.

1.2 Registration: Only registered users (each, a distinct “User”) may use the Platform. By using the Platform, you warrant that you are a User. As a User, you shall not allow third parties to access the Platform using your account, and you are personally responsible for any use of the Platform through your account, whether by you or a third party.

1.3 Acting on Behalf of Third Parties: If you are using the Platform on behalf of a corporation or entity that you represent, you warrant that such person has agreed to be bound by these Terms. You agree that if you fail to properly obtain such a person’s consent to be bound by these Terms, you will bear all responsibilities and liabilities of such person.

1.4 Official Communication Channels: Communications between Ecoopex.com and the Customer shall be conducted exclusively through the official communication channels as designated by the Company:

Email: Communications must be sent to the designated official email address, contact@ecoopex.com.
Telegram: Communications must be directed to the official Company telegram @ecoopex provided upon the commencement of their business relationship.

1.5 Integrity of Communications: The Customer agrees not to alter, edit, delete, or otherwise modify any Communications exchanged through the official communication channels. The Company reserves the right to retain and store all Communications in their original form for record-keeping purposes.

1.6 Company Communication Records as Primary Evidence: In the event of a dispute or claim regarding the non-receipt of any communications, the records maintained by the Company shall be deemed the primary source of evidence.

2. THE PLATFORM

2.1 Description: The Platform is a consultancy and advisory service through which you authorize us to provide expert analysis and reports tailored to your needs.

2.2 Content Submission: You may directly submit your requirements or let our expert team formulate solutions based on the information you provide. We ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.

2.3 Medium Ownership: Ecoopex.com does not own or operate any third-party platforms but facilitates consultancy services on topics available through the Platform.

2.4 Audience and Stats: Ecoopex.com does not have access to client proprietary data unless shared specifically for consultancy purposes. Clients receive reports on outcomes that may include statistical data for review.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1 License: We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 Publicity: You authorize us to identify you by name and/or logo as a customer of the Platform for marketing and operational purposes, subject to your right to opt-out by written request.

4. USE OF PLATFORM

4.1 Account Security: As a User, you are responsible for securing your account details and promptly notifying us of any security breaches.

4.2 Content Ownership: You retain all rights in the content you provide for consultancy purposes. By using our Platform, you agree that we can use this content to provide you with tailored services.

4.3 Payment and Refunds: Payments for services are due in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the service provided and the terms of engagement agreed upon at the start.

5. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

We provide the Platform “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. You use the Platform at your own risk. Ecoopex.com is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1 Governing Law: These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in.

7.Payments

we accept both fiat (USD) (INR) (EURO) and crypto payments.

7.1 Swift/BIC: We’ll return payments from countries on this list to the sender. This can take 3-10 working days. Africa Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan. Americas Cuba, Venezuela. Asia Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea). Europe Belarus, Crimea, Russian Federation, Serbia. Middle East Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen.
