Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong reportedly sold over $5 million worth of COIN stock ahead of a major shareholders’ meeting on June 14. He executed the transactions on June 3, involving the sale of shares of Coinbase’s Class A Common Stock for a total value of approximately $5.3 million. Although the total number of shares sold by Armstrong was not disclosed, the weighted average prices for the sales ranged from $226.26 to $238.875. Despite these transactions, Armstrong still retains a significant share of Coinbase stock, held indirectly through The Brian Armstrong Living Trust.
